My experience at Crash Champions Collision Repair in Renton was, unfortunately, far from ideal. The day I dropped off my car for repair should have been a simple drop off, yet it became a series of frustrating setbacks.
Initially, the check-in process hit a snag when I was informed that I needed to wait for another staff member, as the one currently at the front desk was about to take her lunch break in five mins. A minor inconvenience, perhaps, but not the best start.
As the repair progressed, the timeline extended due to backordered parts, a situation I totally understood. However, the recurring promises of a swift resolution turned into a weekly/monthly routine, prolonging the process unnecessarily.
When the awaited parts finally arrived, I expected a resolution, only to be informed of another delay. Apparently, the team was unprepared and unfamiliar with the specifics of my car's frame, given its newer model. So after being in their possession for about four and a half months, left me seriously understandably frustrated. Like would you not be?
Regrettably, I cannot recommend Crash Champions Collision Repair to others based on this experience. Consider alternatives to avoid the frustration and prolonged timelines.

To add on, trash that was certainly not there before was all left behind along with all of their paper work and the gas tank level was not the same as where I left it. So clearly they’re driving everyone’s vehicle that’s suppose to be getting repaired for their lunch break or joyride.
